Register for Website Access
We encourage all new homeowners to register for an account on our website.
Completing the New Homeowner Registration provides access to the private resident portal, which includes:
- Access to the tennis courts and pool.
- Ability to request rental of the clubhouse as a homeowner or renter.
- Community announcements and updates
- Event calendars and clubhouse reservation details
- Contact information for the Board and management team
Once submitted, your information will be verified and login details will be provided.
Community Amenities & Facilities
Residents of CPN HOA #1 have access to several shared facilities and outdoor spaces:
- Clubhouse: The building at 7233 Tenby Way is for community use. For private functions by homeowners and guests, it can be rented for a fee. Check the rental pages for information:
- Pool: The community pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) for recreational swimming and relaxation. Entry is with a key fob that can be requested by completing the pool access request form on the website.
- Play Area: A playground is located near the clubhouse for children and families.
- Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Court facilities for tennis and pickleball are situated next to the clubhouse.
- Basketball Courts: These courts are just down the hill from the tennis courts.
- Greenland Park: A neighborhood park offering open green space and outdoor area.
- Walking & Bicycling Trails: The community provides direct access to local trails for walking, running, and cycling that connect through the surrounding area.
